HIGH / PEAK SEASON :

High season from 15th July - 15th of September or Peak season from 20th of December - 5th January is subject to 20% surcharge for Room Rate and Honeymoon Package.

CHILDREN POLICY

∴ Children under 5 years old and sharing parent's room are free or it will be charged IDR 180.000 when an extra bed is requested.

∴ Breakfast for children

∴ Under 5 years old is free

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL TRAVELER

∴ A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 24 hours before check in time for low season.

∴ Cancellation during High or Peak Season must be made at least 7 days before check in time. 50% of the entire stay will be chargeable for cancellation or not showing made less than 7 days.

AIRPORT SERVICE

Airport Service will be arrangement by Golden Bird.

Term:

∴ Please make reservation to our Reservation Department at least 2 days before with your flight details.

∴ For last minute booking less than 48 hours booking we cannot make the transport arrangement. Please go directly to Golden Bird Office in the airport with phone number: +62 (361) 7837105 / +62 (361) 8491818. When you find the office, please tell them that you need to go to Rijasa Agung Hotel in Payangan and you can pay in Front Office when you arrive.

∴ The payment upon arrival in our Front Office.

∴ Due to Covid 19 pandemic, some of the services are not available. Front Desk and Restaurant operation hours are shorten.
